Tasya Gray LG, Principal Geologist

Ms. Gray has 20 years experience in the environmental field, first working for private industry and then supporting various clients as an environmental consultant combining technical and policy-based expertise. This work has included navigating multiple federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks to aid businesses in compliance with various environmental regulations. Every project undertaken has required developing interpersonal skills to productively work as a part of internal teams undertaking a project and communicating and negotiating with external audiences. Projects often include presenting results to stakeholders with differing objectives and tailoring communications to adjust to different backgrounds and expectations. Regulatory frameworks of projects include MTCA, RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, and other relevant environmental regulations.
