About Nancy

Nancy has nearly 40 years of engineering and project management experience. Her project management experience includes 8 years with the US Army Corps of Engineers navigation program, 5 years managing an engineering office and 5 years managing her own engineering company. Her primary areas of expertise include dredging, navigation, and sediment management projects.

Nancy has worked extensively with both public and private clients managing engineering projects; evaluating dredging requirements; developing disposal area selection criteria; coordinating regulatory requirements; project implementation; disposal site management including active dewatering techniques; equipment capabilities evaluation and permitting assistance. Her project experience includes conceptual feasibility studies, environmental sediment sampling, project design, and construction management.
