Teal Dreher, Principal Engineer

Teal Dreher is a senior environmental engineer registered in Washington and Oregon who has been working in the environmental industry since 2010 and specializes in sediment remediation. Teal has worked on multiple projects as lead design engineer and project manager and has played a key role in many large-scale remediation projects. She has designed various dredging and habitat improvement projects and routinely performs the environmental permitting, cost estimating, and preparation of plans and specifications for construction bidding. She has also worked with clients to prepare stormwater documents, including engineering evaluations, source control investigations, Discharge Monitoring Reports and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, and to ensure regulatory compliance with Industrial National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permits.

Teal has proven project management and design skills that have helped clients optimize their remediation projects and improve project outcomes, including for the award-winning sediment remediation project for Boeing Plant 2 on the Duwamish Waterway.
