Lee has been working in the environmental industry for over 30 years. Since joining DOF in 2002, he has focused on design and mapping issues involving dredging, environmental investigation, and remediation design, and during all project phases from conceptual layout to final as-built plan sets. Lee’s work has supported upland excavations, dredging of suitable and unsuitable sediments, design of disposal facilities, navigation dredging, habitat change analysis, and historical aerial photo interpretation. He has experience with a wide range of software including CAD, GIS, hydrographic survey, and graphic software. In addition, he is responsible for management of the CAD/mapping technicians and the company computer systems.
