Mr. Louviere is a professional engineer with over 8 years’ experience in conducting field work, overseeing, designing, and managing environmental remediation projects. He is experienced with oversight of field staff and contractors for multi-media sampling, field data collection, remediation, construction, treatment and system operation and maintenance. He has led design of contaminated soil remediation, soil vapor extraction pilot studies and systems, and air sparge systems and has been involved with design of a large dredge water treatment system. Regulatory frameworks of projects include MTCA, CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, PSCAA, and Washington State dangerous waste regulations.
